Welcome to the Informatics division. I have been with Phenomenome since 2002 and it is my team's responsibility to develop programs that reduce the time and energy that our scientists spend on non-scientific tasks. As such, we interact extensively with the discovery and analytic teams. As a team of professional programmers, we develop commercial grade programs. Our two key systems are DISCOVAmetrics™ and the Phenomenome Information Tracker (The PIT).

Although DISCOVAmetrics™ is not available for use by outside researchers, in response to requests for these tools from our clients and collaborators, we created a version (Phenomenome Profiler™) for commercial release.
